Outlook 2003 – Lookup Crashes Outlook

User is using right-click access to the “Look up” menu option when he highlights a word in an email — within 15 seconds Outlook crashes and closes. We can restart the application and is all seems to be fine afterwards — successfully able to use the Menu for Tools – Research >> just not the right-click method. Any ideas? Thanks
