Outlook 2003 – message font colors

Hi,

I have a font color issue with Outlook 2003.
When I receive an email, it only appears in black and white even though there’s suppose to be colored fonts.
Tried creating new message with color fonts and color appears.
Have checked in the stationary font options but to no avail.
Anyone knows?
