Outlook 2003 (Out of office forms)

I am using outlook 2003 and when ever i go to
Tools — forms — then click on choose a form
and i choose out of office form and click open.
i get an error while opening the form. “Could
not load some object because they are not
available on this machine.” I click ok on that
error then i get another error “Couldn’t find
the specified object. Line 63”

And when form opens i am not able to see start
and end date.

i have tired everything running detect and
repair, uninstalling and reinstalling MS office
2003 but still having the same issue. : “PLEASE
HELP”
