Outlook 2003 printing

One of my clients is having a strange printing issue in Outlook 2003. When they print an email out, if there was an attachment not every workstation prints out the line showing that there was an attachment. I have gone through every menu in Outlook 2003 and can’t find a place to change this. They use these printouts as proof that something was sent out, so this is becoming a problem. Is there a place in the registry that controls this?
