I reformatted my home PC and reinstalled Office 2003 including Outlook 2003. On registration I noticed the add-on Microsoft Outlook Connector. I briefly read the notes and installed it. I have the PC st up for 2 users, my wife and myself. I had both O2K3 up and running and then decided I didn’t have a need for Microsoft Outlook Connector. I had my wife’s O2K3 open and deleted the e-mail account for Microsoft Outlook Connector and then without deleting it off my O2K3, I uninstalled Microsoft Outlook Connector using the remove program from the control panel. My wife’s e-mail works fine but when I log into mine…I get the following message.
MAPI was unable to load the information service msncon.dll. be sure the service is correctly installed and configured. So I reinstalled MS Outlook Connector but no help.
What can I do to correct this issue?
Running Windows XP Home Edition on a Dell Dimension 3000.
