Step 1 : I get the signature format from a word(its in office xp format) . by this i need to copy and paste it to new message which in outlook 2003 format.
Step 2 : After that step , while try paste in new message its some active x run error and its copied . In that new message i made again copy the sig format and paste it in to new signature template which is in mail format.
Step 3 : In the outlook , tools menu – options – mailformat tab – signature – new template .
Step 4 : After got pasted in new template in sig format, just gave finished and press ok for all other wizard.
Step 5 : In the same options tab i went for security settings , in that download pictures settings changed to disable .
Step 6 : After that step again went to options tab , other – Smart tags disabled .
Step 7 : Finished and working for week with signature and starting giving problem as with x marks in logos only .
For that i go for regedit in that HKCU – Software – Microsoft – Office – 11.0 – Outlook – Security – I delete the contents in outlok secure temp floder.
After this its again work for 10 days , again it gave the same problem.
Anybody give solution for this issue of signature in outlook 2003.
