Outlook 2003 Vs 2007

I am attempting to integrate my tasks long with my calendar in the public folders section of outlook, however, am unable to in outlook 2003.

I notice that Outlook 2007 automatically gives you that option… there is a task section already underneath the calendar, allowing you to sync the two.

Is there any way in the 2003 version to make this happen?
