Outlook 2007

in outlook 2007 i have 2 send buttons, one where the send is suppose to be and the other where the paste button should be but isnt. Any suggestions on how to get ride of the send button where the paste should be and replace it with paste? i am unable to change the ribbon feature where these buttons are.
