Outlook 2007 and Excel

I have 07 Excel and Outlook… I recieve multipile emails that have excel attachments which I creat into a large spreadsheet. Since I received my new computer I cannot open each attachemnt within 1 excel. Everytime I open an attachment it opens a new excel? How or where do I go to fix that.. I have spent hours looking… Thanks for anyone that could help.

*And how do I get it to quit asking if I trust this file. I keep clicking that dang button.
