Outlook 2007 and Exchange – User wants to block off a day for no additional

Hi folks, a user wants to have their calendar set so everyone has full admin privs on it.
The user now wants to put in a vacation day where, even for those that have admin privs, they can not add a calendar event on that day.
Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks
