Outlook 2007 Authentication through a Citrix Thin Client

I have a user that would like Outlook 2007 to prompt for a password evrytime it is opened. This is easy enough as its just a matter of selecting the “Always prompt for logon credentials”. The difference this time is that this user is on a Citrix thin client.

I admit I have a limited knowledge on Citrix, but I am asumming that the reason this is not working has something to do with Single Sign In or passthrough authentication cacheing the credentials and therefore not prompting (which does not make sense to me)

This is normally a simple fix but I think Citrix is complicating things.

I hope I have provided enough information for a response from one of the many Citrix guru’s out there.
