outlook 2007 contacts list?!

hi all,

i wonder if someone could point a way for me to auto add emails that i have in my inbox, to contact list.

i hardly have the time to add them one by one, so i’m wondering if there must be a plugin of some sort that would help accomplish this!

any advice would be appreciated 🙂
