I manage my boss’s calendar and have editing rights. We both recently switched to outlook 2007 and are running it on windows xp. After updating his calendar (usually inviting him to a meeting, or creating a new calendar item in his calendar) I will come back to his calendar only to find that a calendar item is now in his calendar twice. Usually the item that is duplicated was not one that I recently have touched (such as a birthday or a weekly reoccurring meeting) and is always a reoccurring event that has duplicated itself. He does use an iPhone, but the duplicated item is not a recently updated event, so I doubt that it has do do with his acceptance of the calendar event. This also happens to my calendar (which he also has access to edit) and I do not use a mobile device with outlook.
any help you have for this annoying problem would be welcome!
