Outlook 2007 duplicates tasks in the to do bar

When I add a task, the one task appears 2 times in the “to do bar”. I ran scanpst.exe with errors. After running the program, it repaired errors. But if I run it again, the same errors are there. Do I have 1 problem or 2?
