Outlook 2007 help

Basically I want to take the filtered message and redirect it to the person?s address that would be found in the subject line.

I want to be able to do the following:
1.Rreceive an email from person X which I can filter out easily using outlook 2007 rules.
2.Then I wish to take that exact email and redirect it to Person Y who?s email address would be found either in the subject line.
