Outlook 2007- How to have one meeting with random dates?

Is there a way to make one meeting request with multiple meeting dates?

Example: The meeting may be on Monday this week, Thursday next week, and not meet again until the middle of next month.

The recurrence limits you to monthly, or weekly.

Does anyone have an idea? I have about 10 different dates and I would like my attendees to only accept one time.
