OUTLOOK 2007 ISSUES

Hi ALL,

I just install outlook 2007 on a users workstation. After the installation the user is unable to create new email,contacts and or calendar options. I have created the user a new profile, installed outlook 3 times,turned off firewalls,ran outlook /cleanviews cleanprofile switches. The user is able to reply and the user is receiving email properly . STRANGE!!!!!!!!! Any words of advise?????????
