Outlook 2007 Oversized E-mail stuck in Outbox

I errantly sent an e-mail that is 69 megs. It is been in my outbox for 2 days. I cannot delete it and outlook is sending blank e-mails to the people on the e-mail. How can I delete it or ake it go away?
