Outlook 2007 Read receipt

Does anyone know if there is an easy way in Outlook 2007 to see if a recipient (or recipients) have read (or opened) their e-mail without using the read receipt? We just went from Groupwise to Outlook 2007. In Groupwise, if you click on a sent e-mail properties it will tell you who opened the e-mail and when. I’m wondering if the same functionality is available in Outlook 2007.
