Outlook 2007 isn’t rendering a customized stationary that contains an image. It simply shows up as white space in the message (in this case, on the far left, where the image is supposed to be). If I view the message in a browser, I can see the image.
The stationary was created on OE 6.0, and isn’t a part of our domain, but is from a client, and not having that image within the stationary is causing a problem.
OE doesn’t appear to have the ability to send in RTF format, only HTML and Plain Text (I don’t use OE at all). I’ve tried changing settings in the Trust Centre for Outlook 2007, but that doesn’t seem to make a difference.
I’m not a fan of HTML emails, but there’s only so much a lowly tech can do to convince TPTB to change their (bad) habits.
