Outlook 2K Unable to Update Free/Busy

Using Outlook 2000 (Corp/Workgroup version) on Win98SE desktop.
Every once in a while I’ve been receiving a popup with the error message “Unable to update free/busy data. Operation Failed”. Anyone know what causes this and how I can stop it from happening?
