Outlook 97 causing unwrapped lines in Ne

A client of mine who uses Netscape is saying that messages sent from MS Outlook 97 are not wrapping i.e. a line of text which would normall wrap to form a paragraph – isn’t & theerfore appears as one wide line. Messages sent from Outlook Express areOK
Any ideas?
