Outlook 98/Exchange 5

New mail does not automatically appear in users Inbox. I have to click another folder then click back on the IOnbox to see it. This does not happen with Internet mail, only withing our domain and it does not happen with everyone, only certain users.But all Outlook clients are set up the same.
Where do I go to modify/configure to have these users get their mail automatically?
