Outlook AddIn Development

I’m trying to develop one Add In for Outlook 2007. ‘.msg’ files are attached to the mails sent using this Add In. But I’m having one problem here. On the receiver end, when attached ‘.msg’ file is opened it has “Send” button disabled. Can anybody tell me how to enable the send option so that user can send these messages?
