Outlook calendar issue

Hi,

I have a user experiencing problems with calendar in Outlook 2003. She cannot accept any invites and outlook is displaying a “this item has been moved or deleted” message. Have tried changing permissions etc and have ensured the user on the other end has not altered the meeting since the time of receipt. Any ideas?
