Outlook Calendar Problem

Outlook Calendar problem

I am having a problem with Outlook Calendar, one of my directors is not able to add anymore information in his calendar, is there anything anyone knows about why it is doing this now ? Does the PST file size affect it since as far as I know there is a size limit, and he wants to keep everything on the same calendar?
