Outlook Calender Issue???

I have a User who is experiencing issues with her Calender on Outlook- 2003′- XP pro.

Basically we changed the CMOS battery on her Dell- laptop becuase it was not giving the correct time. We applied all the proper MS-Office and outlook patches and we still have things being changed incorrectly on her calender- timing is still off even though the correct time appears on her laptops tool bar.

Any suggestions????
