Outlook Contact List

I had to re-install Office XP and all other programs after installing Windows XP and I imported my previously exported contact list.

My contacts were listed by family name. However, after re-installation, some get listed by first name even thoughthe first and last names are correctly identified in the pop-up. Even deleting and re-entering the name does not help.

Do you have any suggestions?
