Hi everyone
I have developed a custom form in Outlook and every user has to publish it in his/her Personal Forms Library (because of company policies, we wasn’t able to publish it in a Standard Forms Library).
The problem is tha for those users who have the option Use Cached Exchange Mode checked, the forms get stuck in the Outbox and never leave.
In addition, there are just a few users who have this option unchecked, and they are still having the same problem.
I would like to ask two things:
1) Is there any way to get the forms sent without unchecking the option Use Cached Exchange Mode?
2) and, do you have any idea about what is happening with the other users (those who already have the option unchecked)
