outlook display blank message

Hi, I am using outlook 2003. When I open a message, I got a blank message. If I reply to the message, I do see the message but if I either preview it in preview pane or open it, it is blank. I think it is some dll that need to be registered for OE 2k3 to display the message. any ideas?
