Outlook Downlink disturbed

I have been using my POP3 accounts on Outlook since ages on the old laptop and the new one as well and never faced any issue keeping it maintained. However, since the previous week it is acting strange. On average outlook takes lets say 25 minutes to download an email of only 128KB. Why has it become slow? i have tried the same POP3 accounts on the other laptop and the speed is not affected.

I want to know what is stopping Outlook from performing normally??
