Outlook- Email Distribution Lists

I had a question regarding MS outlook 2007 email distribution. Can someone tell me if there is any way to auto populate an email w/ info from the notes section? If there are standard features in the Notes section that need to be inputed into the email each time it is sent for each distribution, is there any way to auto populate? Or maybe another area of the distribution list where this information can be entered to auto populate?
