Outlook email notification when new entry been made into the calendar?

One user complained that when someone ( other user from his PC) makes a new entry into her calendar ( Outlook 2003) she doesn?t receive an email notification which is annoying as she could miss something important unless she checked her calendar manually.
Any ideas how to fix this issue.
