Outlook Express – Again

I’m having more problems with Outlook Express. Lately I have been unable to download my mail. I am with Verizon Online, and they prefer that we use Netscape, but I don’t want to.. Anyway, it started just before the holiday weekend. I started to get doubles and triples of each message. Now whenever I open it, after maybe a minute I get an illegal operation error and it shuts down. So far I have been using Netscape to get at my mail, but is there a surefire way to uninstall and Outlook Express, wipe out the registry entries so that I can reinstall?
