Outlook Express DBX Undelete

One of my users who is using POP3 on Outlook Express deleted everything in his Inbox (he thought he had a copy on the server) and exited the program. His Inbox.dbx file is still over 100MB and I think the messages are still there. Is there a way to “undelete” these messages?
