Outlook Express Delete Identical Emails?

How do I go about deleteing identical emails in Outlook Express. I have quite a few that are copies of another email in my various sub-folders. I have rules setup to copy some emails to two different sub-folders, but after running them again I get an identical copy in the same folder.
