Outlook Express Message Rules

I would like Outlook Express to sort my TechRepublic Techmails by category, i.e. IT Manager, Net Admin, Outlook Tips, etc. The tips to use for Outlook are not available in OE. Is there a way to set this up so I don’t have to move them everyday?
