Outlook Express PROBLEM!

I have been using Outlook express for some time now. All of a sudden the other day I tried to open it and I get this error “Outlook Express could not be started because MSOE.DLL could not be loaded”. Help – what do I do? I can’t check my e-mail.Thanks.
