Outlook Express problem (MSOE.DLL)

Hello,

I have Window 98, I got an error message

“Outlook express could not be started because MSOE.DLL could not be loaded”

Please help.

I do not want any of my files to be deleted, how can I get the Outlook /express back?

I have heard several diferent ways, but I don’t want to start something and completely damage my computer.

Please explain to me in the most simpliest terms what I can do and how to do it.
