Outlook Express reboots computer

One of the computers on the network reboots every time Outlook Express launches and tries to access the e-mail server. I’ve run AVG7 and Trend Micro’s on line virus scan. Nothing shows. Yesterday iI ran a-2,spybot and adaware. Got nothing there either. Anybody know of a worm or trojan that does this?
