I am an IT Trainer and have about 15 classes a week.
I have created an Outlook Custom Meeting Request form for the users in my network to be able to select classes, dates, and times.
I also include fields for position, dept. and state location(our company is state-wide).
Currently I enter that user’s info into Excel to track statistics of class use compared to departments but I am doing it manually.
I have asked others about creating links that allow the info supplied in the meeting request form is “dumped” automatically into a database or Excel.
Is this possible? Please help desperately because 40% of my time is scheduling and inputing. Maybe there is another program that could do this for me?
