Outlook Journal & Public Folders

I have created a contact list in my Public folders area of outlook. I would however like it so that all my journal activities are recorded in this public folder as well and viewable by all who have access to that public folder. Can any one give meany tips? I have gone through every Microsoft knowledge bank article and have tried “Setting up public Journaling for Public folder contacts” but it is not searching for the activities. Can any one help!!!
