Outlook Mail Merge

Hi,

I have a got a spreadsheet with which I create a mail merge in word. Now I want to send this mail merge document by outlook.

Can anyone tell me how can I automatically merge spreadsheet fields in the word and send via outlook. The body of the email remains same but few other field vary.
