In Outlook 2007, when I create a new Mail Message, the zoom defaults to about 150%. I am able to change it to 100% by clicking the Format Text tab > then Zoom > 100%. The setting sticks for the duration of the mail message and for a while after that, but eventually reverts back to the zoom level of 150%. Sometimes when I reply to messages, they open zoomed as well. Every time I open Outlook the zoom is initially set at 150% for new mail messages.
Things I have tries so far:
-Deleted all Outlook and Word templates
-Deleted Normal.dot
-Deleted NormalEmail.dot
-Created a custom template (form)
-Changed outgoing format to Plain Text
-Deleted the folder C:\Documents and Settings\user\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook
Started Outlook in Safe Mode
Ran a repair on Office
Reinstalled the entire Office Suite
So far nothing has worked. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
