Outlook not downloading the whole of an email

Today I have received two emails in response to an earlier one I sent out to two other friends. They had both clicked on reply and added their comments but all I received in Outlook was a copy of my original email without their reply. On checking the emails in my webmail accounts both were perfect. I tried to forward one to myself and again outlook stripped out the reponse.

Any help would be much appreciated
