Outlook only displays 3 weeks of email

My co-worker’s setup of Outlook will only show her 3 weeks of email even though she has had the account open for several months. My machine shows a year of emails, I cannot see a setting to allow it to show a longer period of time. I have turned of auto-archiving in an attempt to get it to show more. ???
