Outlook Password not same as AD Login Password

I have a user that logs in with her network userid and password (AD). Then when she clicks on her Outlook 2007, it asks for a password and that one is different than the AD one. I have looked at her profile and click the login automatically, use this profile etc. I have never seen this.. whats up??
