Outlook Problems

We have recently installed Outlook 2000 on our machines and no matter what we do we can’t seem to share our calenders or folders properly.On some machines you see some of the shared folders such as calenders etc… but not all of the information andon the rest you don’t see any infomation at all.Some machines won’t even allow you to share with other machines. Some machines are running 128 bit encryption while others are running 40 bit encryption, could this be the source of the problem. Any resolution to this problem would be much appreciated
