Outlook Public Folder

I hate to even ask this but I am getting “Changes to the rule could not be saved” when I am trying to create a template for an auto reply in a public folder. I have given myself the owner permissions for the folder and granted myself full control permissions in AD for the group. Am i missing something? I’m sure I’m overlooking the obvious, but does anybody have any suggestions?
