Outlook reply message problem

Hi all,

I encounter a very weired problem, every time when I reply a message, I get an error message “you do not have the permission to send the message on behalf of the specified user”. I hide the From field, and then reply again, the From field with my name will auto pop up and same error appears.

Do you guys know why? Please advice, thanks!
